An archaeological dig uncovered an actual ancient production facility in Cyprus. They found cylindrical bright tanks everywhere and hoses all over the place…not really.
Just about 6ftx6ft total, the ‘facility’ included areas to malt the grain, mill the grain, and brew and ferment the beer. Probably smaller than most home brew set ups.
The amount of information these folks gathered is really cool. The leader of the crew had this to say, “tt’s extremely rare to find the remains of production preserved from thousands of years ago so we’re very excited.” Check out the link.
